Wellness is the dynamic process of becoming aware of, taking responsibility for, and making choices that directly contribute to one’s well being. It is the integration of body, mind and spirit and the ongoing development of one’s own meaning in life. Even though WELLNESS comes in 8 forms including Emotional Wellness,Physical Wellness, Occupational Wellness, Environmental Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Social Wellness, Financial and Spiritual Wellness and it is fantastic to bring them up all for awareness but we are going to be focusing mostly on the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Wellness tying to a massage world beautifully.Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. It is a conscious, self directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. Wellness is obtained by finding both the CAUSE and the CURE of an illness or disease – not masking or managing the symptoms often seen in conventional (western medicine). Throughout my own personal experiences since my early 20’s I have found great success in natural medicine and holistic approach and taking my own responsibility for my own health, educating myself and constantly researching the latest news on nutrition and optimal health.
